Rule 224
Revision on reservation
(1) According to Rule 223, within one hundred and twenty hours after the conclusion of the general discussion, if a reservation can be made under the provisions of that treaty, or the interpretation of any provision of such a treaty can be clearly announced by the Government of Nepal, or if such a proposal is made, the amendment shall be limited to the related matter. The member who wants to submit should give notice of such amendment to the general secretary or in his absence to the secretary.
(2) The Speaker shall have the right to accept, reject or correct any amendment received as per sub-rule (1) subject to this regulation or to amend it by calling the concerned member or to integrate and approve more than one amendment of the same purpose.
